Champagne BILLECART SALMON Cuvée NICOLAS FRANCOIS 2008, this formidable cuvée made from 60% Pinot Noir from the villages of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Aÿ, Ambonnay, Bouzy, Verzenay and Verzy and 40% Chardonnay from the villages of Mesnil, Chouilly, Cramant , Virtues. It is our policy that from one vintage to another, 15% to 20% of the vintage is vinified in barrels. You then have to wait 12 years before this champagne is disgorged and put on the market.

It is therefore an exceptional vintage that you will open. This Billecart Salmon champagne will offer you a beautiful golden color and a bubble cord of great finesse. The nose is fresh and fruity and floral. It also evolves into notes of lightly roasted almonds then onto citrus notes. In the mouth we find a host of notes and flavors. Firstly fruit notes like fresh raspberry, fresh quince and fig freshly picked from the tree. Then notes of citrus, biscuits and toast appear.
