Crémant de LIMOUX Grande CUVEE 1531 Brut by Sieur d'Arques. The name of this crémant corresponds to the year when this method of second fermentation in bottles was discovered.. 1531. You will love this beautiful pale golden yellow color, its fine cord of bubbles. On the nose find notes of green apple, Williams pear and hints of honey. The palate is lively and fresh and the fried notes are confirmed. this vintage remained quietly on slats for 12 months which gives this great finesse on the palate. Blend of Chardonnay, Chenin and Pinot Noir.
