Description
Champagne GRAND SIECLE Itération N°25 by LAURENT PERRIER. This Prestige Cuvée is based on a blend of vintages in search of the perfect year. The balance of these blends changes with each Itération.
In this cuvée Grand Siècle itération N°25 the vintages are 2008 (65%), 2007 (25%) and 2006 (10%). This cuvée is also the result of a blend of different grape varieties. This Itération 25 will be made up of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. For completeness, 9 Grands Crus are included: Avize, Cramant, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Ambonnay, Bouzy, Verzy, Tours-sur-Marne and Mailly.
The wine was aged in our cellars for 12 years.
The wine has a beautiful, intense, brilliant colour. The nose evokes notes of citrus fruit, grilled almonds and brioche.
The palate is fresh and toasty, with a long, citrus finish.
