Billecart Salmon Champagne Rosé Brut Magnum . Champagne Brut Rosé is the marriage of three Champagne grape varieties, chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot meunier vinified in red, this blended rosé has a sparkling pale pink robe. On the nose, aromas of red fruits and citrus zest are essential. On the palate, the attack is fresh and mineral and the notes of red fruits are confirmed. This rosé will go well with desserts, sushi and white meat. The Billecart-Salmon house is part of the inner circle of large houses which have been able to increase volumes while maintaining high quality. Founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, the house has not deviated over time from its founding principles: finesse, balance and elegance. The house exploits around thirty hectares and mainly purchases grapes from terroirs classified as grand cru or premier cru. A quality requirement rewarded by the famous guide Decanter who designated the Brut Réserve Billecart-Salmon as the "Best Brut in the World". Among the most remarkable cuvées of the house, it is necessary to award a special mention to the vintage cuvée Nicolas François Billecart, and to its pink counterpart, the cuvée Elisabeth Salmon, two monuments of Champagne.
