Description
Champagne AUTREAU Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs
Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the highly-rated village of Chouilly, from which it draws all its terroir! Hand-picked, this champagne is vinified using the traditional Champagne method in stainless steel vats, and aged for 36 months on its lees. Pale gold in colour with brilliant reflections and very fine bubbles.
How to serve this Champagne Autréau Grand Cru?
Serve chilled, ideally at around 9°C, as a perfect accompaniment to gourmet fish or seafood dishes, or as an aperitif.
Autreau blanc de blancs grand cru is fresh and lively on the nose, with notes of white flowers and citrus fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a mineral edge and subtle aromas of citrus and fresh fruit.
