Description

This dry Jurançon from Domaine Cauhapé le Chant des Vignes is a new style of Jurançon !! Indeed, the use of the Camaralet grape associated with Gros Manseng gives the nose notes of citrus, exotic fruits and amazing scents of white pepper, cinnamon, fennel. On the palate, this aromatic register goes crescendo, opening up to white-fleshed fruits accompanied by a nice fresh and generous matter. This wine is 60% Gros Manseng and 40% Camaralet. Harvests from the beginning of October with a yield is 48 hectoliters per hectare. Here in a half bottle 37.5 cl.
