Description

Single Malt Scotch Whiskey ARDLAIR 11 years by THOMPSON Brothers. 287 bottles from this barrel. Single malt distilled on October 13, 2010 at the Ardmore distillery, it spent 11 years in a refill cask then was bottled in July 2022.

This 11 year old offers a lovely nose that evokes fruits such as melon and pear. secondly, a very subtle peat appears. Notes of Provençal garigue then appear and evoke sage and fresh green olives.

On the palate, we easily find notes of pear and notes of vine peach, then slightly spicy nuances to then finish with notes of peat and smoke.
