Domaine Cauhapé 's Symphonie de Novembre 2022 is a sweet white wine made exclusively from Petit Manseng grapes, harvested by hand in early November.
This Jurançon from Domaine Cauhapé has a brilliant golden yellow colour. The powerful, complex nose reveals aromas of dried and candied fruit, enhanced by subtle toasted notes. On the palate, the attack is full and generous, developing flavours of citrus, yellow fruit and spices, with a lovely freshness and a lingering finish. This harmonious, elegant wine is ideal with refined dishes or fruity desserts.
