Do you know Cabrakan Rum?

The Cabrakan brand was created in March 2020 by Pauline and Romain, 2 epicureans with a passion for rhum arrangés and new recipes. It was during the COVID 19 confinement that these 2 enthusiasts had the idea of creating sensational arranged rums that are close to perfection. The distillery is 100% traditional and is located in Isigny sur mer in Calvados. All the production is done by hand, from cutting the fruit to bottling and labelling.

Rhum Arrangé Pomme Poire Caramel d'Ilsigny by Cabrakan

The rum used in this blend is an agricultural rum from Guadeloupe. It is blended with fresh apples of the Jonagolde variety produced in France, pears, Isigny caramel, cinnamon and sour cane syrup. Cabrakan recommends this gourmet rum arrangé as a dessert or digestif after a good meal with friends or family.
