Anjou Villages Brissac Croix de Mission, independent winemaker from the Loire, Jean-Yves Lebreton produces an excellent Anjou Villages. This Anjou Villages comes from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. Harvesting is done manually for vines over 40 years old and by machine for the youngest with sorting at the estate. On the palate this Anjou villages is very smooth, full-bodied, dynamic with a nice finish. A captivating whole, will go perfectly with your grilled meats, small game, duck ... Decant before tasting and serve at around 15 °
