Description
Scottish GIN distilled on the Isle of HARRIS, located off the west coast of Scotland. This island facing the Atlantic Ocean is part of the Outer Hebrides archipelago. Sugar kelp others is an algae specific to this archipelago. Once dried and crushed, the powder has a sweet taste. 8 other botanicals are used in the composition of this Gin.
The nose is fresh and fruity. Juniper berries dominate the first nose, then give way to notes of pine, lemon zest and bitter orange, then coriander and rose. The finale of the nose then evokes saline and iodized notes.
The palate is remarkably fresh, balanced and mineral. The notes of juniper berries combine well with the pine notes perceived on the nose but also with fruit notes including mango and citrus.
the finish evokes maritime notes like iodine but also spicy notes like vanilla and white pepper.
