Description
This bottle of Polugar No.10 is not a vodka but a gin. A unique Russian-style gin made in Poland. This gin is made in a traditional copper still, the cereals used are rye and wheat, and the spirit-making process involves three distillations with the following botanicals: juniper, coriander, cumin, fennel, thyme, black cardamom, lemon zest, cinnamon, calamus, cloves, almonds, young pine cones, basil, cranberries and chicory.
Also involved in the distillation are 12 Siberian herbs and roots that are secret ingredients of the Rodionov & Sons distillery.
