This HENDRICK'S NEPTUNIA Gin is clearly a Gin inspired by the Floral, Vegetable and Marine world. This version is part of the collection entitled Cabinet of Curiosity. Beyond the classic markers of Hendrick's Gins which are coriander, juniper berries and lemon peel, Lesley Gracie, the creator of this gin, wanted to give pride of place to the impressions one feels during a stroll on the edge. sea on the coasts of Ayrshire in Scotland.
This is what we find on the nose of this floral gin with notes of Rose petals, vegetal notes with notes of coastal plants and Cucumber and a hint of iodine. The palate also reminds us of juniper and coriander, then the vegetal, floral and marine notes take over.
