Description
Gin Timut from Birdie located near Lille is inspired by Middle Eastern and Nepalese flavors for this version. Timut pepper with its famous flavors reminiscent of grapefruit is the main botanical of this version of Birdie Gins. Also associated with juniper berries are Damascus Rose, Peppermint and to a lesser extent Coriander and Cardamom.
the nose clearly expresses the notes of Rose and Grapefruit, the palate offers a peppery attack, then again the notes of Rose aromas appear and then the notes of Cardamom. The finale is more focused on notes of Peppermint with a long persistence of Rose notes.
