ETSU Japanese gin
This gin is handcrafted on the island of Hokkaido. This volcanic island is famous for the wide variety of plants that grow there. This gin is infused with carefully selected ingredients, including yuzu, a small Japanese citrus fruit renowned for its fresh, intense flavours. Other botanicals included in the recipe are green tea, cherry blossom and Sancho pepper. The bottle features a geisha holding a lotus flower, a reference to the country's history, peace and calm. Etsu translates as 'pleasure' in French.
