This Château La CROIX Fronsac 2019 is a wine resulting from the drastic selection made by Yves Glotin. It only selects wines from small family properties recognized for their good practices in terms of constant search for the best quality as well as the best environmental practice.
Concerning this Château La CROIX, it is the Dorneau family who oversees the destiny of this beautiful Lalande de Pomerol. This red wine from Bordeaux is made up of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.
When tasting this Fronsac offers a beautiful ruby red color. The nose is marked by red fruits, fig, spices and liquorice. The palate is round and relatively light, the tannins are present but blend well into a fluid and well-balanced whole. We will enjoy this friendly wine, easy to drink with nice cold meats or a barbecue.
