Description
Altre Cami means Another Path. This is what the GAYDA estate is trying to do with this collection. He tries to highlight the high altitude terroir of Saint-Martin-de-Fenouillet but also the particularities of the Macabeu grape variety.
You will love this beautiful organic white wine with a pale yellow color, the nose offers notes of beeswax, citrus fruits including lemon and white-fleshed fruits. The slight passage in barrel gives roundness while allowing the freshness and minerality linked to the terroir to express themselves.
