Description
Éclat de Chardonnay 2023 is a dry white wine produced by Domaine Sylvain Rozier. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, this wine is grown on stony, well-drained soils, giving the grapes a pure, mineral expression. Not aged in oak, it has flavours of crisp citrus fruit, green apple and a subtle hint of honey, all underpinned by salivating acidity. This balanced, elegant wine is an excellent alternative to the more expensive Burgundy whites.
