Vintage Champagne A.BERGERE 2015 Extra Brut 75 cl
Description
This Extra Brut Millésimé 2015 champagne from A.BERGERE has a beautiful golden colour with light green highlights. The nose is subtly marked by notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus fruit and white flowers, with a second nose also evoking toast.
The palate is fresh, lively and mineral, with fine aromatic complexity. There are notes of ripe white fruit and roasted hazelnuts on the long, delicate finish. This 2015 vintage is very well-balanced.
This vintage champagne has been aged on its lees for at least 5 years. These 5 long years have enabled this very fine champagne to develop all its aromatic complexity and a beautiful silky texture.
2015 is a vintage that benefited from favourable weather conditions, producing grapes of optimal ripeness.
This Champagne Millésimé A.BERGERE 2015 Extra Brut goes very well with seafood, sushi, oysters and river fish dishes, but also with foie gras or white meats. Serve between 8 and 10°.
