The Famous Champagne House Taittinger

The Taittinger Champagne House was founded in 1734 by Jaques Fourneaux. This independent family champagne house owns vineyards in some of the finest appellations in Champagne, including Chouilly and Avize. Taittinger is renowned for the quality of its champagnes, with character, finesse and elegance. The house even adopts environmentally-friendly practices to protect the biodiversity and ecosystem of the Champagne vines.

Taittinger a Rosé Brut Champagne

Taittinger presents its brut rosé champagne made from 2 grape varieties grown on the estate: pinot noir and chardonnay. The pinot noir brings colour and the chardonnay brings softness and finesse. Taittinger's rosé champagne is produced in the traditional way and undergoes a 2nd fermentation in the bottle to add finesse and intensity to the bubbles. The aromas are of course red fruit with strawberry and raspberry, but also floral. Taittinger's rosé champagne is very fresh and well-balanced, so you can enjoy it with seafood, poultry, fruity desserts or simply as a chilled aperitif.
