Champagne Louis ROEDERER Vintage 2015, it comes from only the communes of Verzy and Chouilly, dosed at 8gr per liter, it is composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. its color has beautiful golden yellow reflections, the nose is fruity then slightly spicy. On the palate what is pleasant is an impression of harmony between the power, the liveliness and the expression of the aromas. the fruity notes are confirmed and notes of roasted cocoa appear. the finish is long, lively and fresh.
