Description
The Noyon Brewery
This brewery in the Hauts de France region is located on the Opal Coast and was created in 2003 by Christophe Noyon, a local farmer. The aim of this small brewery was to create a local, craft beer from the Opal Coast, in particular with their names (blanche de Wissant, la 2 Caps, la Slack...). Today, the Noyon brewery still applies traditional brewing methods, while ensuring that the quality of their beers remains constant.
Bière des 2 Caps Blonde
This pale ale from the Hauts de France region takes its name from the 2 Capes located between the brewery: the Cap Blanc Nez and the Cap Gris Nez on the famous Côte d'Opale. The 2 Caps lager is brewed with carefully selected ingredients such as barley malts, hops and yeast. A real balance is struck in this beer between the spicy, fruity flavours and its slight bitterness. Ideally enjoyed with light dishes or aperitifs.
