Bush de Nuits beer
Bush de Nuits beer is a product of the Dubuisson brewery, which has over 250 years of expertise.
The special Bush de Nuits vintage was launched in 2008. It is a strong brown beer aged for between 6 and 9 months in an oak cask containing the famous Burgundy red wine Nuits Saint Georges. The beer is then bottled and placed in a warm room to ferment for a 3rd time. This special ageing process gives the beer character and wine-like aromas.
Bush de Nuits was named one of the 100 best beers in the world in 2013 by Ratebeer.
In the same style of beer, Bush also offers Bush Prestige, aged in oak casks, and Bush de Charmes, aged in casks containing Charles Meursault white Burgundy wine.
