The PRESTIGE Bush Beer is an amber aged 6 months in oak casks then this beer is re-fermented in bottle after addition of sugar and yeast. This barrel fermentation then this second high fermentation in bottle gives this beautiful beer from DUBUISSON Brewery gives beautiful notes of orange peel, caramel cinnamon and dried fruits. The palate is marked by wood tannins, spices and notes of noble yeast.
