Saint Romain by Alain Gras White Burgundy Wine.This Chardonnay from vines with an average age of 40 years, is aged in vats and in barrels, 20% of which are new barrels of the year. The color of this white Burgundy wine is a pretty yellow with golden reflections. The nose offers notes of dried fruits such as hazelnut but also spicy notes which evoke vanilla and beautiful roasting notes which remind toast. This St Romain will accompany an aperitif but also beautiful fish dishes or goat cheese.
