Description
The Houlle Carte Dorée, an excellent flavor developer, is widely used by restaurateurs and chefs from the North of France and elsewhere. Very mineral and vegetal at the same time, it is quite close to a traditional, non-aged juniper but it expresses a lot of sweetness and length which are specific to it. 70cl bottle. "Monarque des Liquides" natural eau-de-vie owes its quality: - the choice of grain, the unique raw material of the distillery - the scent of juniper berries blending with that of cereals - the slow traditional process of making a still - oak wood in which it ages slowly.
