This Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey offers a complex nose with woody aromas mingling notes of candied fruit with an evolution on cereals. The palate is powerful, floral and spicy with a creamy finish reminiscent of vanilla with a twist on fruits and sweet spices. The complexity of this bourbon is linked to its aging in new oak barrels for 12 years which corresponds to a 30 years aging for a classic scotch !!! Elijah Craig is produced by the Heaven Hill distillery and comes from an assembly of at least 70 barrels .....
