ESPRIT de PAVIE 2016 is a red wine with intense, complex aromas of red fruit, vanilla and tobacco on the nose. On the palate, it has a silky texture and great depth of flavour. Notes of red fruit dominate, giving a sensation of freshness and purity. Aromas of vanilla and tobacco add a touch of richness and complexity.
It is ideal with grilled red meats, game and dishes in sauce. Its richness and complexity also make it an excellent choice for mature cheeses and chocolate desserts.
