The history of the Bollinger Champagne House

Bollinger is a Champagne house located in the small town of Aÿ, founded by Paul Renaudin, Hennequin de Villemont and Jacques Bollinger in 1829. The Bollinger estate has its own vineyards located on the most prestigious appellations in the Champagne region, which allows it to produce great vintages that are highly prized by champagne lovers.

Champagne Bollinger Brut Spécial Cuvée

Bollinger's Brut Spécial Cuvée is a blend of 3 Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay for finesse, Pinot Noir for strength and character, and Pinot Meunier for elegance. Once served in your champagne glass, Bollinger brut reveals aromas of ripe fruit, honey and brioche. On the palate, you'll discover a complex structure with very fine bubbles and stone fruit flavours. We recommend that you store it horizontally in a cool cellar if you are not going to drink it immediately. On the other hand, if you drink Bollinger brut quickly, you can enjoy it with seafood, fish, fruity desserts or simply as a convivial aperitif.
