Bellecourt Bitter by Distillerie Bigallet

The creation of this bitter aperitif dates back to the 19th century, when the Bigallet family set up a distillery to make various liqueurs. The Bigallet family had a real passion for botanical ingredients. That's how Bellecourt Bitter came about, as it includes a number of plants such as gentian, angelica, various herbs and orange. The aim was to balance the bitter flavours of the orange and gentian with the herbaceous, earthy notes of the angelica and herbs used.

The blend is a success, with complex aromas and great balance.

Using Bellecourt Bitter

Renowned for its versatility, Bellecourt Bitter goes well with many cocktails, including an Americano, a Negroni, a Spritz and many others.
