Clacquesin is an aperitif drink made from plants and spices. Created in 1860 by Paul Clacquesin who had the idea of inventing a "hygienic and stimulating" drink Serve pure, very fresh with a lemon or orange zest. Eric's advice a client who describes himself as an "old man" patron of Bistrot à La Madelaine ", we will describe it rather like a patron of Bistrot à l'Ancienne with all that that involves conviviality and good humor.
