Billecart Salmon Brut Reserve Champagne is a subtle and harmonious champagne wine. Its blend consists of three-year-old grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. On the nose: exudes aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pear. In the mouth: A frank and precise attack, followed by a dazzling freshness. The Billecart-Salmon house is part of the small circle of large houses that have increased volumes while maintaining high quality. Founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, the house has not deviated over time from its founding principles: finesse, balance and elegance. The house exploits about thirty hectares and buy grapes essentially in classified soils Grand Cru or Premier Cru. A quality requirement rewarded by the famous guide Decanter who has designated the Brut Reserve Billecart-Salmon as the "World's Best Brut".
