Beaujolais Blanc ROSTRE de BELEMNITE 2021 by the Vignerons des Pierres Dorées. Beaujolais wines are better known for their reds than their whites. However, the geographical proximity of the Maconnais region reminds us that the magnificent terroirs are ideal for producing some very fine white Chardonnay wines.

Rostre de Bélemnite is a fossil whose presence is the sign of a great terroir. This fine cuvée is then matured in oak barrels, giving the white wine a full, fat, Burgundy style.
