Beaujolais Blanc ROSTRE de BELEMNITE 2019 by the Vignerons des Pierres Dorées. Beaujolais wines are much better known for red wines than white wines. However, the geographical proximity of the Maconnais reminds us that magnificent terroirs are conducive to very beautiful white wines made from Chardonnay.
The Rostre de Bélemnite is a fossil whose presence is the sign of a great terroir. This beautiful vintage is then aged in oak barrels which will give this white wine fullness and richness, a Burgundy style.
