Saint Bris covers 5 municipalities, Saint Bris le Vineux, Chitry, Irancy, Quenne and Vincelottes. The Bailly-Lapierre cellar is a cooperative created in 1972. The cellars are located 50 meters underground . Les Caves de Bailly Lapierre, 430 winemakers bring their grapes to the cellar.
