The Bailly Lapierre Wine Cooperative
Bailly Lapierre is a cooperative winery located in northern Burgundy, more precisely in the Auxerrois region. This cooperative has existed since 1972, when a group of winegrowers decided to pool their production in order to produce sparkling wines. The name Bailly Lapierre comes from the name of one of the pioneers in the production of Crémants de Bourgogne in the 19th century, Mr Pierre Bailly.
Côtes d'Auxerre White Burgundy Wine
This white Burgundy wine is produced in the Côtes d'Auxerre appellation, which is renowned for its white wines. Côtes d'Auxerre is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, giving the wine delicate aromas of citrus, fresh fruit and flowers with a hint of acidity on the finish. Enjoy this delicious white wine from the Bailly Lapierre cellar with seafood, fish, as an aperitif or with creamy cheeses.
