This crémant bailly lapierre chardonnay is all in finesse. The harvests are done manually, the grapes are housed in 45 kg crates with open tracks. Maturing on latte for a minimum of 16 months Les Caves de Bailly Lapierre, 430 winemakers bring their grapes in the cellar. The production rests in the immense underground galleries of an old limestone quarry. Did you know ? The Bailly-Lapierre cellar invented the concept of crémant-de-bourgogne.
