Ayala is a champagne house founded in 1860 by Edmon de Ayala, a former Spanish aristocrat. The estate is located in the commune of Aÿ. The Ayala Champagne House preserves the identity of its champagnes while improving its production methods, in particular with the arrival of new technologies. The estate does not produce all of its grapes for production, and some are bought from neighbouring winegrowers who are carefully selected according to very strict criteria.

This major rosé champagne embodies the finesse and quality of the Ayala Champagne House. It is made from a blend of the 3 main grape varieties of the region: 51% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. Tasting this rosé champagne, the nose is full of fresh fruit such as strawberries, raspberries and cherries. On the palate, Ayala Rosé is fresh, light and delicate. Ideally enjoyed as an aperitif with family or friends, this rosé champagne can also be enjoyed with salad, seafood or simply with a fruity dessert.
