Description
L.N Mattei specialises in the creation of spirits and aperitifs, and has been based in Corsica since 1872. Cap Corse Blanc is an aperitif infused with plants, mainly cinchona, in white wine. Cinchona is a plant that originated in South America and has been present in Europe since the 17th century. It has become well known thanks to the various aperitifs that use it as their main ingredient, such as Vermouth or Cap Mattei Blanc.
Cap Corse Blanc is mainly served on the rocks, but can also be enjoyed with chilled sparkling water (2/3 water and 1/3 Cap Corse Blanc). You can also mix it with different tonics or in cocktails, but always serve it well chilled!
