This old vintage armagnac 1979 has not been blended, is characteristic of a specific year and is taken from the collection of old vintage armagnacs from the Maison Jean Cavé. it is a good idea for a birth year gift.
This 1979 armagnac is the result of blending eaux-de-vie fromarmagnac and bas-armagnac. The eaux-de-vie are aged in Gascon oak casks in the cellars of Maison Jean Cavé in Lannepax.
ARMAGNAC dates back to the Middle Ages and was used to revive the sick and as an antidote against flu.
In 1883 Jean Cavé set up hisARMAGNAC house in Lannepax, a small bastide in the heart of the AOC region.
For more than a hundred years, the stock of old Armagnacs has been building up. This is what allows this old house to offer you this 1979 vintage Armagnac presented in a wooden box, ideal for a gift in the year of birth or the year marking a special event. For generations, every effort has been made to present the very best Armagnac.
