La FAVORITE Blanc Agricole Rum Brut 2 Columns 2022 70 cl 71.8° is a Martinique rum bottled without dilution right after distillation. It gives the impression of sipping your glass just as it comes out of the still or column, allowing you to enjoy the extreme aromatic intensity of the sugarcane. The nose offers notes of fresh sugarcane. The palate is marked by hints of citrus and brown sugar. The long and rich finish provides vegetal and floral flavors.
The 2022 blend comprises rums distilled in two different columns.
The 2022 harvest is illustrated by a Martinican artist, Lucas Vallerie.
La Favorite Blanc Agricole Rum Brut 2 Columns Harvest 2022 is the result of blending the distillates from the distillery's two Creole columns. It celebrates La Favorite's 180th Harvest. For the fourth year, communion was the key word. It combines two expertise areas: artisanal production combined with the talent of Lucas Vallerie, a "local," who understood the essence of La Favorite and illustrated it with his artistic touch. After the sugarcane harvest in the fields, this new artwork highlights the slow fermentation of pure sugarcane juice. La Favorite Blanc Agricole Rum Brut 2 Columns Harvest 2022 reveals a suave nose that opens with intense notes of fresh sugarcane. The lively and indulgent palate revolves around citrus and brown sugar notes. The long and rich finish offers vegetal and floral flavors.
