Description
This Gouden Carolus whisky is a refined Single Malt distilled in Belgium, using a mash composed of malted barley from Gouden Carolus Tripel beer.
The aging of this Belgian single malt takes place for 30 months in Bourbon casks, and then it is transferred to casks that previously held Het Anker for an additional 6 months.
The result is very pleasant and well-balanced, with notes of wood and vanilla on the finish.
