The port cask finish version of this fantastic Clonakilty Port Cask Finish Irish Whiskey combines beautiful maritime and saline notes with fruitiness imparted by the port cask finish. The triple distillation brings a lot of smoothness and suppleness. You'll enjoy the notes of peach, citrus, as well as vanilla and spices from the oak. The finish fills the mouth with hints of cardamom, citrus zest, Espelette pepper, and iodine. The maritime influence is never far away.
