This whisky from the Hauts de France region has spent time in classic Bourbon barrels and then in charred American oak barrels. This explains the "Barrel Char 3" mention in the name of this whisky.
Upon tasting this beautiful whisky, you'll discover notes reminiscent of the world of medicine and pharmacy, such as arnica, as well as malt and vanilla. Then, fruity and herbal notes emerge. On the palate, vanilla, herbal, and fruity notes are confirmed, with the addition of hints of candied lemon. The finish is very long, floral, and the medicinal notes make themselves known once again.
