The rum from the House of Rum PERU is the 5th batch, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2022. This batch of rum produced at Millonario was aged in Bourbon casks and then in Sherry casks. Peru has ideal climatic conditions for growing high-quality sugarcane, with a warm and humid climate and volcanic soils.
