Description
"This Trinidad Rum was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021 by ZAKA. In the meantime, it spent 13 years in Bourbon barrels and 6 months in Japanese Whisky barrels. The Karuizawa distillery, which closed in 2000, was known for using Sherry casks for aging. These single malts were known for imparting floral aromas and a lot of roundness."
