This Saint James VSOP Rum is a Very Old Agricole Rum from Martinique. It adheres to the codes that govern the style of Saint James.

 

It has a beautiful mahogany color. The nose is marked by roasting notes, including cocoa, and spicy notes reminiscent of vanilla and a subtle woody character.

 

On the palate, the toasty and spicy notes are accompanied by lovely candied fruit notes.
