Saint James Very Old Rhum Agricole from Martinique has been aged for a minimum of 7 years in small oak barrels of 180 liters.
The resulting amber rum has a beautiful mahogany color. The nose offers notes of sweet spices like cinnamon and vanilla, as well as aromas of dried fruits and candied fruits.
On the palate, this Saint James 7-year-old rum offers woody notes that transition into flavors of roasted Moka coffee and vegetal undertones.
