Description
This 17-year-old Florida Company of the Indies rum comes from a unique cask, F 119 (Single Cask), selected by the Compagnie des Indes. Only 724 bottles were produced from this cask. It's a molasses-based rum produced in the state of Florida in the United States.
After distillation, this rum spent 12 years in an ex-bourbon American oak cask and then underwent 5 years of aging in a cask that previously held Uitvlugt rum from Guyana.
