This Taiwanese whisky, KAVALAN, aged in Oloroso Sherry casks, follows the tradition of what characterizes the work of this distillery. It has been aged in Sherry casks in a tropical climate. The tropical climate, with its heat and humidity, accelerates the interaction between the whisky and the wood.
You'll experience a rich and full-bodied whisky marked by notes of dried fruits and spices. The palate confirms these notes of dried fruits and adds a hint of mocha and cocoa.
